There are several options for who can see your Facebook profile and posts in terms of privacy, including:

To change your privacy settings on Facebook, go to your account icon on a desktop and select “Settings & privacy.” Choose “Settings” and then “Privacy.”
You can then specify who sees which parts of your content. You can change your activity to control who sees your future posts, who sees the people, pages, and lists you follow, and who sees your friend lists, among other things.
