According to a new study of over 450,000 TripAdvisor reviews, the United States has the most beautiful sights in the world.
Kuoni, a luxury travel company, conducted a study that identified the top ten sights in Europe, the United States, and around the world as of June 2022.
According to Kuoni, data from over 267 cities around the world was analysed to suggest where people should think about vacationing next. The list was compiled using the sights with the most “beautiful” mentions on TripAdvisor’s “Things to Do” section.
A popular East Coast attraction topped both the US and global lists, while California is home to three of the top ten most beautiful sights in the US.
Three U.S. cities’ attractions were named the most beautiful in the world, making the United States the most represented country on the list. Rome, Barcelona, Paris, Prague, Cape Town, Abu Dhabi, and Vancouver are among the other cities on the list.

New York’s Central Park
Central Park in New York received the most mentions of “beautiful” in the reviews, with 22,880.
Bellagio Fountains, Las Vegas
A dazzling musical show at Nevada’s Fountains of Bellagio received 6,750 “beautiful” mentions.
“Each performance is unique in expression and interpretation, so no matter how many times you’ve seen the Fountains, they always have more in store to wow you with,” according to the website.
Seattle’s Chihuly Garden and Glass
The beauty of Chihuly Garden and Glass’s long-term exhibition in Washington state was mentioned by over 8,000 visitors.
According to the website, the exhibition includes eight galleries, the centrepiece glasshouse, and a lush garden.
San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge
With over 6,500 mentions of “beautiful” in reviews, the Golden Gate Bridge took first place out of three California cities.
Walk Along the San Antonio River
The San Antonio River Walk in Texas was mentioned 6,028 times.
According to its website, this destination is larger than the three most popular public parks in the United States: Central Park, Golden Gate Park, and the Chicago lakeside parks.
The Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.
There were 4,916 mentions of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington. There is a large marble statue of Abraham Lincoln, the 16th president, with words of unity, strength, and wisdom, as well as picturesque views of the National Mall.
Each side of the monument offers stunning views of the nation’s capital.
Chicago’s Millennium Park
The Millennium Park in Chicago received 4,813 mentions.
The Lurie Garden, Chicago Cultural Center, Maggie Daley Park, Art Institute of Chicago, and Harris Theater are among the attractions.
The San Diego Balboa Park
In California, Balboa Park is home to over 16 museums, performing arts venues, gardens, trails, and the San Diego Zoo. Balboa Park was mentioned 4,203 times.
Los Angeles’ Getty Center
In California, the Getty Center and Museum houses European paintings, drawings, sculpture, illuminated manuscripts, decorative arts, and photography.
It received 3,920 mentions.
The Public Garden in Boston
Visit Boston Public Gardens in Massachusetts, America’s first public botanical garden, which opened in 1837. Over 80 plant species can be found at the Victorian-themed attraction.
The site received 3,725 mentions.
